- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a creative or production setting
- Must have a clear understanding of the creative, digital and print production process
- Experience in Workfront Project Management preferred
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall and iterative project methodologies a plus
- PMI Certification not required
- Amenable to follow AU Shift (6AM-3PM) in Pasig City
