Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Provide support and input to various projects to ensure system performance and availability;
Respond to problems and concerns received from the different sites, and provide solutions via remote management;
Isolate problems and escalate them to the concerned groups;
Configure workstations as necessary, and backup servers for Active Directory & Mail;
Provide support for issues escalated by the Customer Care personnel and Site Support personnel relating to system installation, troubleshooting, and other related activities; and,
Evaluate, recommend and provide justification for the purchase of hardware and software solutions.

Trình độ tối thiểu

A graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related course;
At least 1-year relevant experience;
Knowledge in administration and maintenance of Win 2000 Active Directory Environment, Linux, Web Applications (e.g. IIS, PHP and Apache);
Knowledge in Windows Operating System such as, but not limited to Windows and Linux;
Basic installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; and,
Good communication skills.
