Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Sets up the client profile in the system
- Formats client data for upload to the system
- Creates and manages demo accounts in the UAT Stage
- Monitors the data uploading and checks via database query using SQL export if there are discrepancies
- Database investigation via SQL for incidents
- Supports internal teams for auditing and reconciliation of points
- Provides data reading & analysis support for internal teams
- Administers Benefits / Program Satisfaction Survey (Pre-tests and Post-tests)
- Looks at trends in data
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- Must have experience in data management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excitement and passion for team work
- Capability to work under extreme pressure
- Self-learning skills
