- Own the Sales Development efforts in assigned territories or industries, schedule meetings.
- Create revenue opportunities for the Customer Success Team.
- Qualify inbound leads, as well as prospect into ideal prospective companies.
- Invest time corresponding and engaging with senior leaders of large businesses- on the phone, by email, and through social media outreach.
- Evangelize and educate prospects on best practices we’re seeing in the marketplace regarding HR solutions.
- Manage and monitor your work using sales tools and technologies.
- Conduct thoughtful research on target accounts in order to turn cold calls into warm calls.
- Using your creativity and excellent communication skills, initiate quality conversations with target accounts.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Fresh graduates (Members to a Marketing and Finance Organization is a plus).
- Preferably with experience in Sales.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knows how to invest in skill set.
- Knows how to build trust and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent English is written and speaking skills.
- His inherent love for technology and sense of humor.
- Displays enthusiasm in all aspects of the position.
- Pleasing oersonality.
- Focused and an avid goal setter.
- Enthusiastic about keeping up with current trends in the marketplace.
- Able to handle both wins and rejections with grace.
- Understands the power of listening and asking the right questions at the appropriate time.
