Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepares and processes purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered items based on agreed Delivery lead time of suppliers.
- Reviews deliveries against the orders.
- Tracks the status of any orders.
- Contacts suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries.
- Resolves shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems like damaged goods etc.
- Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation such as delivery receipts, acknowledgement receipts or other proof of delivery to Finance.
- Produces and maintains all reports as required which pertains to processed orders.
- In case of consigned item, determines if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs - may suggest ordering level if necessary.
- Responds to customer champs and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Performs buying duties when necessary.
- Suggests procedural improvements.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
- Graduate of Information Tech is an advantage.
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel.
- Can handle pressure and can work with less supervision.
- Keen to details, open-minded, and hardworking.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Good communication skills (both oral and written).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Can interact with all management levels.
- Has initiative and proactive.
- Willing to work in Ortigas.
