Manage the Finance Department. And by that we mean being accountable for the overall deliverables of the Finance Team by checking and ensuring that all objectives of the team are attained.
We put a lot in store on the Finance Manager knowing the in and outs of accounting and the overall health of the firm's finances. This means that a large part of the job is to make recommendations on company direction based on financial statements.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Has management experience;
- 3-5 work experience, ideally from one of the Big 4 accounting/auditing firms;
- Knows how to work with Quickbooks;
- Does both Financial and Management Accounting
