- Develop systems and procedures for new work processes or enhancement of existing procedures according to the requirements of the department using techniques of systems analysis, design, and control.
- Handles form design, control, and manual creation
- Plans and supervises the job evaluation studies to determine manpower complement and/or streamline operations aimed to equitably distribute workload within the specific organizational unit.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Industrial Engineering
- At least five (5) years experience in methods or systems analysis and process improvement in a service-oriented company
- With logical and analytical approach to investigation, identification, analysis, and reporting
- Willing to maintain and update own knowledge of specific application/software
- Able to explain complex concepts clearly
- Able to act on initiative, tact, and maturity
- Must be detail-oriented
- Possess a pleasing personality
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Must have strong leadership and organizational skills
- Computer literate
