- Oversees all training activities in Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI).
- Helps create a professional environment and strong advocacy to service excellence.
- Develops, implements, evaluates and monitors training programs.
- When necessary, initiates a training needs analysis to identify requirements of personnel.
- Prepares overall training plans on an annual basis keeping in mind the corporate goals.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Psychology or equivalent.
- More than 10-years of working experience in training is required for this position
- Can develop and conduct training programs
- Must have experience in retail industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
