- Mencapai target KPI yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
- Melakukan visit dan meeting ke customer.
- Mengakuisisi customer baru.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa kebutuhan customer terpenuhi secara efektif.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pendidikan minimal SMU, D3 atau S1 dari jurusan apapun. Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar.
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai di bidang sales. Pengalaman di consumer goods, start-up, fintech adalah nilai plus.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik khususnya keterampilan negosiasi.
- Suka dengan target.
- Tekun, jujur, dan pekerja keras.
- Cepat beradaptasi dengan kondisi dan lingkungan kerja yang sering mengalami perubahan.
- Bersedia berkerja di lapangan dengan mobilitas tinggi dan minimum pengawasan.
- Memiliki motor dan SIM C yang masih aktif.
- Memiliki HP Android.
