Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide necessary support as part of client’s contract and purchase order renewal function.
- Examine and probe with client’s customers to ensure timely renewal of Purchase Orders.
- Augment necessary fields within the ERP system as part of the renewal process.
- Provides excellent customer service to client.
- Lodge monthly data, spreadsheet manipulation, and distribution of proposed rate increases accordingly in the system.
- Perform contract renewals in SAP system.
- Examine and follow up with the proper contacts for purchase orders and other data.
- Creation and distribution of reports; Complete paper vision error report.
- Creation and send (Mail and/or Fax) using mail merge.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational in any course, a strong advantage.
- Minimum of completed two (2) years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent in oral and written English communication.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
- Prior BPO experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Familiarity with the ticketing system, a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work in night shift and on holidays. Weekends Off.
- Applies job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity.
- Exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.
