- Organize, and monitor pre-implementation deliverables and process improvement initiatives identified for our clients.
- Build methods and tools to streamline process deliverables.
- Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support process strategy and deployment.
- Develop and maintain process development and optimization programs.
- Maintain and update documentation of process overviews, details and process flows.
- Research and resolve issues identified in the processes and systems of a client’s organization.
- Design and implement new process in order to improve service delivery and client Contribute in preparing client deliverables (e.g. business documents and presentations) and supporting business management activities (e.g. Audits, compliance).
- Act as a main point-of-contact for customers and internal teams in addressing process-related inquiries.
- Work closely with the staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
- Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.
- Develop and maintain process related documents.
- Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations.
- Perform process design, development, and implementation for customer projects.
- Provide support and guidance to other team other teams seeking Best Practice knowledge.
- Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
- Ensure in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Support global operations as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- ITIL Intermediate certification (required)
- 5+ years ITIL Service Management process/functional owner or manager (i.e. Problem, Change, Availability)
- Working knowledge of process diagrams and flows
- Use of process tools such as VISIO
- Industry understanding of “Best Practice” frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, LEAN, Six Sigma
- Ability to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed
- Strong verbal, including presentation/training, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and reliably
