• Establish network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols
• Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation
• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Diagnose problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software, and systems
• Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation
Trình độ tối thiểu
• A graduate of BS Information Technology/ Computer Science.
• Experience in NETWORKING is required.
• At least one year experience in be in Technical Support.
• Can start ASAP.
