Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Bank Reconciliation
- Bookkeeping
- Prepares Financial Statements / Variance analysis.
- Checks disbursements prepared by Accounts Payable Assistant.
- Filing of govt remittances: BIR- WT, FT, EWT, VAT, ITR & Alphalist thru EFPS.
- Process renewal and quarterly payment of Business Permit.
- Prepares reports to management in a form prescribed in terms of format and information needed.
- Performs Branch Audit.
- Assists in the preparation and Consolidation of Annual Budget.
- Assists in the annual audit by external auditors.
- Handles BIR audit and coordinates with the examiner during the conduction of audit.
- Other assignments that maybe assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or Financial Accounting is encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with the job functions when coming for the interview
- Willing to work in Makati.
- Can start as soon as possible.
- This position is for direct and probationary
- Must be willing to accept a salary range of PHP15,000 to PHP18,000 (largely depending on experience and qualifications)
