Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Screen, interview, and administer tests to applicants.
- Notify existing staff of internal opportunities.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Obtain temporary staff from agencies.
- Substantiate applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
- Schedule examinations by coordinating appointments.
- Prepare job offers and assist in completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain human resources records by:
- Recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases.
- Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or its equivalent.
- Preferably with a background in Compensation and Benefits as well as in Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good scholastic records.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati and San Juan, Greenhills.
