- Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, routing documents, filing and preparing reports to Management
- Prepares and modifies documents including reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system; sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Performs data entry and scan documents
- Responsible for other related duties as assigned

- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Related working experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
