Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Be in-charge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing to Hiring Managers.
- Use the STAR method to interview candidates.
- Assess the candidates based on typing skills, communication skills, and personality.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Studies
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Psychology
- Any equivalent course
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment in a BPO setting or mass hiring.
- Preferably not connected or employed at the moment since the position is for temporary for at most 2 months.
- Candidates with NBI and Medical Clearance will be prioritized.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong.
- Willing to start as soon as possible.
