Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage the day to day crewing activities on the assigned vessels with close coordination with Singapore office.
- Ensure proper coordination of travel for on-off signing officers and crews.
- Responsible for maintaining updated vessel rotation plans and execution of agreed crewing strategies.
- Verifies crew’s documentation/qualifications and manage all crew members’ files electronically.
- Handles the Visas & flag state certificates of the crews
- Monitors the vacation plans, medical claim documentation as well as the crew’s protection and indemnity.
- Liaise with agents, owners, port authorities as needed to build strong relationship with all stakeholders.
- Monitors and compliance with relevant CBAs.
- Prepares and submits monthly reportorials for crewing matters.
- Monitors crew agencies performance.
- Compliance with the Company’s HSSEQ procedures and training matrix
- Admin Works D & A Testing, P & I Survey and Marine Benefits.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Needs to have an understanding of offshore vessel operations and the training needed for offshore vessel operations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential
- Highly motivated, structured and quality driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit
- Good command in English – oral and written skills
