The Indirect Sales Supervisor’s main function is to ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance in his/her area of assignment. He is also responsible in providing timely, accurate and relevant data to the Regional Sales Manager in the following areas:
- Distributor Management
- Sales Operation Management
- Inventory Management
- Financial Management
- Information Management
- Business Relations Management
- Principal Management
- Performance Management System
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Marketing or Business Management or its equivalent
- With at least 2-3 years experience in Sales
- With extensive experience in distribution management
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills, P&L analysis
- Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
- Must be residing in South Area
