Business Development Executive  

You will play an important role in the growth of FastJobs in the Philippine market, who creates opportunities for the organization’s growth. You are a determined individual who constantly hits monthly targets. You will need to be interested in sales, have good presentation skills and skilled at building relationships. What You Will Be Doing?

• Support the Country Manager in developing and implementing BD strategy to achieve short and long term goals.
• Prospect, set and attend client meetings.
• Design and negotiate deal terms and execution of deal closing.
• Work as the main point of contact for clients and maintain excellent working relationship with partners.

What We Are Looking Out For?

• Track record of hitting sales targets that led to organizational growth.
• Demonstrated strategic orientation and tactical business sense.
• Experience in launching new products or new businesses would be good.
• Strong planning and execution skills: able to multi-task and manage several projects or clients concurrently with minimum supervision.
• Communications Skills: persuasive and convincing both in oral and written.
• Problem solving skills: able to resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively.
• Preferably highly analytical to provide good sales direction for the country.
