***Applicants should be currently residing in Davao City***
• Monitor social and economic climate in Davao Region
• Monitor and research competitor processes and policies in the Davao region
• Ensure rider supply for orders
• Ensure the completion of orders
• Handle client delivery concerns
• Recruit and train courier partners
• Ensure that all courier partner applicants know the application and delivery processes
• Review all requirements submitted by applicant couriers
• Handle courier claims and benefits
• Distribute courier equipment
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least college level of education.
- Background or experience working in the Logistics (on-demand) OR Customer Service sector (BPO, Hospitality, and/or similar)
- Has customer relations, training and/or recruitment experience as a job function.
