Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Direct report to Garment Manager.
- Collaborate directly with Fashion Designer and Merchandiser.
- Responsible to develop accurate garment patterns based on sketches from the design department.
- Troubleshoot potential production issues before samples are made, for both aesthetic and cost purposes.
- Maintain all standards in regard to grading, construction, how-to-measure, and other procedures.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduated with Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in Design.
- At least 3 years experience in the pattern-making and fashion field.
- A team player that’s well organized, pro-active, and exceptional with time management skills.
- Highly attentive to detail to create an accurate pattern.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with peers and management.
