Jr. Supervisor  

Realization of production process

• Resource Organization (workforce, material, equipment).
• Product quality during process.
• Supervision of operators and team leaders.
• Supervision of production batches
• Shipment preparation.
• Managing and care of production materials.
• Reporting non conformities to Quality engineer or supervisor.
• Maintaining production knowledge and production skills.

Managing employees.

• Planning, organizing and controlling of the operator’s work.
• Conducting training and briefing on the production line
• Ensuring safety and hygiene in the production line.
• Ensure regulations are strictly followed.

Co-operation with departments supporting production (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics, Human Resources).

Conducting periodical appraisal.

Comply with SBS (Sonion Business System) which consists of and not limited to all policies, regulations, and requirements of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, employee handbook, code of conducts, work rules, SHE, IT, Confidentiality, etc

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field acquired from Plastic Injection Molding Company is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
• Familiar with products and manufacturing process.
• Basic understanding of ISO systems.
• Motivated to work in production environment.
• Communication and training skills.
• Eager to learn.
• Responsible and accurate.
• Team leading skills.
• Articulate.
• Willing to work at off-shift schedule.
