Calibration Engineer  

Calibration:

• Ensure all measuring devices are calibrated prior use i.e. enrolled in calibration database upon equipment received, recall of equipment due for calibration, proper identification of calibration and equipment status.
• Internally calibrate or outsource calibration from external parties.
• Support the users on measuring devices troubleshooting and improvements.
• Control related records/ documents in line with relevant requirements, and maintain traceability per measuring device.
• Control spare measuring devices to guarantee “readiness” for use.
• Monitor R&R execution across all lines.
• Perform regular inventory of calibration equipment.

ESD:

• Perform monthly ESD audits in accordance with the ESD audit schedule.
• Repair work stations, carts, ionizers and any other ESD equipment as necessary to bring into ESD compliance.
• Verify ESD compliance on any new equipment requiring ESD approval prior to use. Record, audit and track all materials pertaining to the ESD program.
• Assist and train team members on ESD policies, procedures and compliance.

Other:

• Conduct of audit (optional - process audit, 6S audit, systems audit, etc.)
• Perform other lawful tasks assigned by superior.

• Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Background in Calibration and ESD from other companies preferably in semicon industries.

• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.

• Willing to work in FPIP, Batangas.
