Running Production
• Visual inspection.
• Measurements.
• Mechanical control.
• Register date from measurements and observations
• Register production.
Development
• Give inputs for creating or updating quality documentation
• Control of parts and documentation when making test production
Others
• Assist in strengthen the basic specifications for parts that are inspected in the department.
• Measure techniques, hereby the use of GPS, measure microscope and basic measure equipment
Necessary knowledge and competencies:
• Good understanding for quality.
• Experience and training in inspection of parts
• Drawing understanding
• Carefulness
• Experience in measuring parts, and use of basic measure equipment.
• Good eyesight.
• Being able and want to work as a team with people with other responsibilities.
• Speak, read and write English
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), in Engineering (Mechanical).
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and must be able to work with some of the following equipment:
- Caliper
- Micrometer
- XY Microscope
- Video Measuring Machine
- Coordinate Measuring Machine
- Other measuring equipment
- With experience in failure analysis is a must
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Professional Knowledge of the following
- Quality Control
- Coordinate Measuring Machine operation
- Video Measuring Machine operation
- Full technical 2D drawing understanding (GPS, GD&T)
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis of processes
- Understanding of Structure and operation rules, preferable
- Be able to evaluate parts and injection moulded parts equipment( Microscope, caliper, micrometer, and other measuring equipment, digimatic height gauge etc)
- Knows how to read and interpret technical drawings – First angle projection and Third Angle projection
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft windows and office
