HR Assistant  

Responsibilities:

• Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including recruitment, employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee relations, and labor relations (HR Facets)
• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action
• Improves employee by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in implementation of Company Policies and serving memo, disciplinary actions to employees who violated company policies
• Perform other assign tasked

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s / college degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Equivalent
• Preferably at least 2 years strong experience in HR field especially in implementing of company policies and memo
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; and HR-relates system
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
