- Oversee the daily warehouse operations
- Verify, check and validate all warehouse document transactions and conduct physical inventory count to maintain accuracy
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, good working condition of equipment and warehouse premises
- Plan, prepare and devise work schedules and duty assignments according to priority delivery requirements
- Formulate and implement process, policies and procedures to ensure over-all efficiency and productivity of the company
- Formulate orderly release of cargo for delivery to avoid shortage or overage in the loading van for incoming shipments to ensure goods are completely unloaded from the container to avoid losses
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by the management
- Perform other assigned task
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics knowledge
- Excellent in analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Keen on details, resourceful and proactive
- Willing to work on extend hours
