- Assist the Sales Manager to manage, direct and motivate team members in fulfilling their task
- Review and develop sales strategies to achieve more sales
- Resolves customer concerns and complaints by communicating well with the clients
- Manage sales activities and performance of all sales staff
- Set goals for the team which are in line with the company’s plans and visions
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years work experience as Sales Supervisor
- Preferably with sales experience in sports products
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to do field work if necessary
