Regional Asst. Sales Manager  

We are looking for a highly-motivated Sales Executive who will lead the team of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with our key customers by understanding their requirements, and then jointly planning and creating value with them via company brands. Your objective will be to influence our customers’ decisions in critical business areas which will build the business for them and for us.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Regional Sales Manager in accomplishment of goals:
• Responsible for Development & Achievement of Sales of his/her Team
• Ownership of Joint Business Plans with Top Key Customers –(scorecarding, customer calendar promotions, in-store interventions, merchandising)
• Collaborates Internally with Multi-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver business results; while also serving as the link between customers and MFT.
• Training and monitoring of Retail Operations Team in order to achieve 100% Retail Standards
• Monitoring Sales and Financial reports and analyzing them in pre-defined cycles.
• Any other assignment as instructed by the Company from time to time.
• Act compliant with all company procedures

• Strong experience in Account Management & Relationship Building (4 years)
• Experience in Managing Major National Accounts at Head Office level;
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty Category;
• Highly Self-Motivated;
• Good command of English;
• Good level of MS-Office Applications;
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours;
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
