Quality Assurance (QA) Asst. Manager | Pampanga  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor overall operation of the QA department and personnel
• Monitor the QA department to keep a sample of some kind of product and raw materials from external contamination and government department samplings, sample arrangements to ensure product safety.
• Monitor document preparation and management.
• Monitors QA reviews of new products' technical documents.
• Monitors food safety-related complaints received and survey responses, ensures corrective and preventive measures are being taken up including regular analysis of complaints & receives a summary report.
• Monitors and controls the sanitation of the manufacturing plant, cleanliness validation, and calibration.
• Monitors entire factory health and food safety knowledge. Performs training as well.
• Verifies and approves production procedures.
• Implements IMS which includes Document Control, Records Control, FSSC, and Halal.
• Manages external audits -- FSSC, Hala and other third party and customer audits.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferred candidates with experience in Engineering (Chemical), Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
