Business Development Analyst  

The focus of the Marketing Business Analyst is to move our advertising software to be easy to use with our primary customer – advertisers and advertising spots owners. The business analyst will work with the development and quality assurance teams to build compelling features into our existing product to drive growth in revenue. The BA will also be responsible in improving the current user interface and process used in the software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead brainstorming activities to improve the software and create business requirements and functional requirements documents.
• Communicate with global management team regarding plans and progress of the development which includes:
  • Upper Management
  • Software Developers
  • Quality Assurance
  • Hardware Engineers
  • Sales/Account Managers
• Ensure that the requirements are carried out by the development and quality assurance team.
• Communicate with customers on their needs and requests to improve the product.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology
• Experience in the advertising industry
• Experience on digital advertising (e.g. Google analytics, Facebook)
• At least 2 years of business experience working in management consulting, marketing, advertising, media planning, or digital consulting
