Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for the supervision and management of the Electronic Department and providing skills necessary to the Sales Associate.
- Ensures promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Monitors inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and correspondences of the department.
- Ensures return policy of electronic merchandise is being implemented.
- Monitors electronic merchandise for repair and update members on timely manner.
- Monitors plantilla and performance of Sales Associates and merchandisers.
- Monitors local competitors.
- Support, motivate and encourage Sales Associates to achieve sales targets.
- Monitors the schedule of Sales Associates and Promo Merchandisers.
- Checks receiving summary and plan accordingly.
- Prepares and do promotional plans and materials.
- Checks and monitors price change.
- Ensures cleanliness of display items and aisles of the areas assigned through the assistance of Sales Associates and Merchandisers.
- Ensures all appliance display units are turned on before the store opening and turned off after closing hour.
- Conducts splinter meeting for Sales Associates and Promo Merchandisers.
- Observes proper grooming standards and wearing of company uniform at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officers, and punctuality at all times.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

- At least two (2) years of experience in the related field is required.
