Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the key contact person for member engagement and communications.
- Review / approve communications (curation of offers, messaging, etc.)
- Manage the core campaigns - SMAC promos, SMAC exclusives, etc.
- Secures all necessary approvals such as but not limited to DTI permit, promos, budget, etc.
- Monitors and manages program budgets.
- Generate reports and provides insights.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least two (2) years solid experience in handling loyalty/rewards programs in retail, pharmaceutical, telco, coffee, privilege clubs or banks.
- Creative, passionate and results-driven.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and data analytics is a plus.
