HR Officer | Compensation and Benefits | Tagaytay Based  

• Takes responsibility for the following:
  • Government benefits, reporting, and mandates.
    • SSS
    • PHIC
    • HDMF
    • BIR
    • Compliance to wage orders
    • Leaves
      • ML, PL, SIL, SPL, Magna Carta, etc.
  • Medical and Life Benefits
    • HMO
    • GLI
    • Dependents’ HMO
  • HR-C & B activities
    • APE
    • ECU
    • Drug Testing
    • Clinic Activities (Hepa-B, vaccinations, etc.).
    • Various medical information campaign
    • Benefits reorientation
    • Annual Leaves Audit, etc.
• Prepares Managers' to Executives’ payroll summary reports on a semi-monthly basis.
  • Reviews RF to Officers' attendance/timekeeping and payroll reports on a semi-monthly basis.
• Ensures employee updates and movements in various HR Systems are implemented.
• Prepares monthly headcount and masterlist report.
  • C & B-related reports and presentations according to parameters specified i.e. compensation reviews, talent matrix, PA History, etc.

• At least 5 years relevant work experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience in processing payroll and government benfits.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay City.
