About the Role:
Reporting to Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the proper receipt, documentation and transmittal of merchandise to concerned area/units
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the overall supervision of personnel
- Supervise receipt of merchandise deliveries from Suppliers, interbranch or intercompany and ascertain that the said activities are properly documented
- Supervise proper & timely turn-over of checked merchandise to its respective areas/department or existing main warehouse
- Ensure that all documents of delivered goods are properly endorsed to the Branch Accounting and to Corporate Account Payable Division respectively
- Approves Gate Pass for all rejected/excess deliveries by supplier versus the document submitted
- Supervise the receipt of the fixed assets and monitor that it will be brought to its designated department/area
- Supervise the dispatching of merchandise to all branches and ascertains that all transactions are covered by duly accomplished documents
- Prepare weekly reports of all pending documents and make the necessary follow-up with the concerned parties
- Assists in the implementation of safety and security control measures in consonance with corporate security standards
- Maintains orderliness of the work area to ensure systematic flow of work, ensure proper storage, and cleanliness as preventive measures against fire or other accidents
- Assists the Warehouse Manager in the performance of administrative functions
- Support management decisions, requirements and expectations
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager from time to time.

- MS excel literate
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse and Distribution
- Capable in leading a team
- With high level of integrity and professionalism
Education and Experience
- Graduate of any business related/Engineering course
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
