The Sales Manager who will be based in Laguna shall achieve new install/ revenue growth for eventual achievement of sales targets. He/ She shall be capable of designing a strategic sales approach and ensure its 100% implementation to increase market penetration rate thru improvement of subscriber’s base, capture market share and sustain strong brand presence. He/ She shall oversee the sales recruitment, discussion of objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creations of an "A – Team" to deliver the month on month volume and revenue targets by implementing sales strategies/ tactics according to the results of trends analysis.
- Establish a volume and revenue forecast based on the monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets thru defining sales objectives and developing plans and programs for new acquisition and existing customers.
- Implementation of action plans by developing field sales activities
- Ensures completion of sales end to end process that will achieve sales volume targets
- Maintaining sales team by helping in the recruitment, selection, orientation and training of new hired sales employees.
- Conducts a daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and perform counseling and disciplining the sales employees with low production. This is thru closely monitoring and conducting performance appraisal
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in company’s training programs.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales updates.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related discipline.
- With at least 5 years sales experience preferably in FMCG and Telecommunications
- With at least 5 years of people management
- Has excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to craft an actual Business Plan for the team
- With excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Proficient in both Cable TV (Wired and DTH), Cable Broadband and Fiber Broadband Services as well as Managed Services preferred
- Can work in a fast paced environment and can handle pressure effectively
- Has a valid Professional Driver’s License
