Sales Officer  

The Sales Officer based in Bacolod will provides focused sales efforts covering the small and medium enterprise market of the territory. He or She ensures achievement of the revenue targets and lead. He or She also train and manage agents assigned in the territory. The Sales Officer makes sure that the sales team is hitting the quota/target on a monthly basis and gives direction/ strategy to the sales team on how to achieve the targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% achievement of sales targets
• Supervises field sales team to ensure effective deployment and area coverage
• Implements strategies, tactical plans and other sales initiatives according to company sales strategies
• Identifies territorial partners and manages local distributors
• Develops and improves productivity of Non-traditional sales teams
• Maximizes manpower in order to achieve sales targets
• Works with the agency in managing and rewarding the performance of the agents
• Determines the right number of agents needed to hit sales targets

• Must be a College Graduate, preferably Marketing or Business Management graduate
• With minimum of 1 year experience in territory management and product training
• Knowledge of territory; with experience in handling sales agents
• With good analytical skills and can work under pressure.
• Must be a computer literate and familiar with office applications
• Can quickly develop mastery of Sky products and services
• With high customer-service orientation and entrepreneurial skills
• Exhibits strong leadership, management, and inter-departmental / cross-functional coordination skills
• Must be passionate about customer service and operational effectiveness
• Team player and highly motivated.
