Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for sanitation and maintenance of office facilities.
- Responsible for the distribution of uniform (HO/Branch) and posting of updates in e-Ben.
- Prepares Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for car, laptop, parking, cellphone/sim distribution.
- Facilitates Head Office Business Permit processing.
- Responsible for the consolidation of office supplies request for Head Office.
- Reports and performs assistance to the HRAD Manager as maybe required.
- Responsible for requesting Head Office Supplies for PO Requisition.
- Facilitates Hotel reservation request.
- Responsible for the payment request of hotel accommodation.
- Performs receptionist function as maybe required.
- Responsible for SAP encoding of request (uniform / office supplies).
- Responsible for ID processing and posting updates in e-Ben.
- Ensures cleanliness of work area.
- Abide by the company’s strict safety rules and regulation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of a 4-year course;
- 6-months to 1-year work experience in a related field;
- Prerably lives within San Augustin, Batangas area.
