• Graduate of Architecture
• Board passer
• Amo Certified
• With construction experience
• Knows how to do technical, sales/business development.
• Knows to accomplish documentation such as permits and legal requirements, processing, procedures with relevant government agencies.
• Knows how to interpret drawings, design, structure, etc.
• One who can be a lead man or project manager
• Knows engineering, procurement and construction or have construction site operations experience.
• Have construction experience in Infrastructures, real estate or power plant.
• Knows bidding requirements, accreditation and processing.
• Knowledgeable in PPP, DOT and PBC.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, Excel, PPT.
• Willing to do office and fieldworks.
• Knowledge in cost estimate is advantage but not fully required.
• Can drive motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage but not fully required.
