Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Doing Financial Models for Business Development plant and operations of the company’s operation
- Prepare and keep pertinent documents
- Make internal and external letters
- Monitor the operation of the company if the executive is in business meetings
- Compute payroll and prepare financial modelling particularly disbursements
- Monitor business permits renewal and other legal requirements of the company
- Prepare petty cash report
- Duties and responsibilities that might be discussed during the interview
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least one year of related experience
- Knowledgeable in Visa Processing, if not, willing to learn.
- knowledgeable in business permits, fire certificate and government remittances
- Knows documentation. Organize and neat
- Bookkeeping skills/Financial Modeling like recording of expenses
- Experience in Financial Management, Corporate Financing
- Knows about CAPEX, OPEX and Risk Management.
- Knows forecasting and budgeting
- Knows how to compute payroll
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Computer literate
- Has writing skills for internal and external letters
