• Will do sales
• Will do civil engineer related works
• Will do costing, forecasting, budgeting and project management

• A graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least one year related experience in civil engineering or architecture.
• Knowledgeable in costing, forecasting, budgeting and project management.
• Knows how to do sales, business development marketing and represent the
• Knowledgeable in: Organizational planning of project, Business Development, Accomplishment of documentation, licenses and permits of projects and Sales and Marketing Operation

Other requirements:

• Willing to work office and field works.
• Will do sales
• Willing to travel if necessary.
• Can drive
• Can speak mandarin is an advantage but not required
