- Devising SEO, SMM and SEM strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites if necessary, or coordinating with an IT resource to implement technical changes if needed.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, branding campaigns, e-commerce, and Adwords campaigns
- Utilising and implementing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and SMM.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Managing the redesign of the company website.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A background in tourism (either through a college degree or previous work experience).
- Passion in adventure travel and events.
- Strong skills in SEO (both on-page and off-page) with at least 2 years of working experience as SEO.
- Must have a track record of improving a website’s visibility and ranking online
- Have a clear understanding of Google’s algorithm and updates: Panda, Penguin, Pigeon, Possum, etc.
- Social media marketing skills are preferable but not required.
- Can develop SEO strategies and coordinate with the client through email and skype calls.
- Has superb writing skills (applicants will be tested for writing).
- Can work with minimum supervision.
