Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Have experience in web content operations/voucher generating / campaign operations.
- Ensure Campaign Promotion request is in alignment with campaign objective
- Provide advice and direction on execution with the objective of delivering best-in-class campaign
- Assist the requester in providing detail by completing the promotion request form as per SOP
- Ensure Terms & Conditions of promotion is agreed and approved by campaign promotion manager and the requester
- For Adhoc / project-based promotion request, accurately estimating, scooping and producing agreed deliverables
- Liaise with other departments to ensure proper coordination of campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently with excellence, on time and within budget
- Understand and always in accordance with campaign promotion management processes
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience either in e-commerce or web operation
- Previous experience in handling promotion banners and vouchers is a plus
- Excellent communication capability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Willing to do a Night Shift
