Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- In charge for all overall inbound and return process
- Make a decision for return refund claim
- Monitor all transcations on a daily basis, investigate and analyze abnormal transcations
- Train and develop agents, monitor individual performance agents
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English , Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): excel
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Willing be placed in Sunter ( Jakarta )
