Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop and execute proactive and strategic communication initiatives in partnership with teams across Shopee in Indonesia and in the Region
- Create/Edit compelling stories for online exposure (LinkedIn, Blogs and Instagram)
- Liaise with team leads on their communication and change management strategies
- Write and develop messaging around various topics, including company strategy, priorities, and announcements
- Provide proactive and reactive messaging that supports key initiatives and program rollouts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent communications across organizations
- Partner closely with other teams to align on communication opportunities
- Improve upon existing communication channels and practices
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A minimum of 4+ years experience working in corporate communications, copywriter/content writer, or internal public relations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Effective communicator in English and Bahasa, both in written and spoken
- Persistent and able to work under pressure
- Experience writing for a global audience with multiple types of audiences and channels
- Experience working with and leading a team and communicating to all levels of the organization
- Experience writing and turning information into content
- Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously
- Experience in solving problems using judgement and analysis, providing communications guidance and support
- Experience with events and logistics
- Experience in public relations, branding and campaigns in preferred
- Experience communicating to an employee population of technologists and engineers is preferred
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred
- Ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Video-editing tools is a plus and preferred
