Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Process accounts and incoming payments as well as monthly sales reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices reconciliation, refund Reconciliation and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients or partners’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting third parties
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling account receivable is required
- Effective communication in English
- Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle is a plus) and full cycle of closing process
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely
- Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and intermediate on MS Excel
