Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Analyze office network, server infrastructure, services setup, and propose an improvement plan with technical details
- Design, setup and configure the network, server, and services in new offices and warehouses
- Manage and operate office network devices, servers and services in a systematic and automated way
- Setup and maintain network security systems (firewall, IPS, load balance), network device, telephone system, application server
- Collaborate with HQ IT operation engineers to plan and execute new projects and conduct technical transfer whenever required
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information effortlessly
- Explore and evaluate new technical solutions available in the market to tackle current and future challenges
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
- Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco firewalls, and other appliances (Cisco CCNA/CCNP is a plus)
- Ability to configure and optimize monitoring systems for all network devices and services
- Windows/Linux server administration experience is required
- Powershell and bash scripting skill along with Python programming skill are required
- Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
- Understanding of server virtualization technology with prior experience of configuring and operating VMware and HyperV products
- Proactive in optimising existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges
