Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Passenger Services Manager acts as the Head of Passenger Services Department on board the vessel. He will be responsible for the implementation of all plans, programs, and procedures of the department. He will be reporting directly to the General Manager for daily passenger operations of the ferries. He shall also be in constant and direct coordination with the Commercial Department on terminal operations, ticketing, schedules, and pro forma booking.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or any related field.
- Must have 3-5 year related managerial experience in the cruise ship industry or 10-years in a Shore-side related management position at an inter-island passenger ship, cruise ship, full-service hotel, or resort.
- Working knowledge and experience in Housekeeping, Food and Beverage operations, including equipment, chemicals, and procedures.
- Good working experience in shipboard operations, including terminal and land-base hotel operations particularly on integrated business on merchandise and food supplies and inventory.
