The Executive Assistant will be performing a variety of administrative tasks and support for the executives of the company.
Executive Assistant’s responsibilities includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements, hotel bookings and other supports for the executives of the company. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to communicate on the different level of employees in and out of the company.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
