- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marine Transportation or equivalent;
- Fresh Grads are welcome to apply;
- Must be willing to travel and be assigned in Roro Passenger Ship;
- Preferably with Seaman’s Book and Crowd & Crisis Management Training
