Quality and Process Manager

Primary focus

• Coaches and mentors quality team in your location.
• Ensures that the QC Team Lead follows the correct SGS procedures to check artwork and pre-press files.
• Investigates errors and complete documentation.
• Suggests or implement sprocess changes to reduce risk of problems recurring. Keeps process documentation up to date.
• Arranges and facilitates training for staff. Keeps training records up to date.
• Conducts Self Improvement Programs or Internal Audits to understand where weaknesses on the process and training may be. Follows these up with corrective actions.
• Ensures follow-up and reporting on process and KPI’s dashboard.
• Establishes and leads continuous improvement plan.
• Conducts quality reviews and approve quality actions for your site.

Supporting tasks

• Drives right the first time in all process design.
• Coordinates change management activities.

Performance Management

• Aligns process across location, according to target.
• Improves operations internal KPI’s, according to target.
• Delivers an effective continuous improvement plan.

• 10 years working experience in Quality Role and at least 3 years in Management Role.
• Experience in packaging, graphics or printing is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with common management systems like ISO9001 or ISO14001.
• Extensive experience with auditing and quality systems.
